Terms & Conditions of First Nations Partners Pty Ltd 

  • Prices are subject to change in accordance with updates to the First Nations Partners Pty Ltd price list.

  • Quotations remains valid for fifteen (15) days from the quotation date.

  • Quotations are subject to pricing escalation.

  • Terms of payment are strictly thirty (30) days for customers with an approved account unless otherwise stipulated on invoice.

  • Unloading of product is the responsibility of the purchaser. First Nations Partners Pty Ltd allows one (1) hour to unload a rigid vehicle and two (2) hours to unload a semi-trailer. Additional time may incur charges at the master carrier’s applicable rates.

  • Lead times may vary depending on workload. Customers are advised to contact First Nations Partners Pty Ltd during the early planning phase to discuss supply and delivery requirements.

  • Specially requested bundling or tagging is subject to additional charges.

  • Any faults or defects in goods must be reported to First Nations Partners Pty Ltd within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

  • First Nations Partners Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of its products, including any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage.

  • If First Nations Partners Pty Ltd is not required to supply Bar Chairs, Bases, and Tie Wire, we reserve the right to re-quote the entire project.

  • Galvanising, saw cutting, threading, mechanical couplers, and similar services are additional to the quoted scope and will be charged as extras. Additional lead times may apply. (Price on application)

  • We do not provide lump sum quotations. Please refer to the individual items listed in the description of goods.

  • If the project design is altered, First Nations Partners Pty Ltd reserves the right to re-quote.

  • All quotations are subject to the First Nations Partners Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions, which are available upon request.

  • All goods remain the property of First Nations Partners Pty Ltd until payment has been received in full.

  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) must be added to all prices and rates quoted.
